I adore this family and photographing families BIG TIME!   It fills my heart with love!   Get ready to have “all the feels” (as the expression goes) with this session. One of my favorite things about being a photographer who captures relationships is watching them grow.  I’ve known Roohi and Jordan now for many years and I am truly honored that they have hired me to photograph their biggest family milestones.  Not to mention that Roohi and Jordan are gorgeous and adorable individually and together as a couple.  Here is a link to their maternity session we did a little over three years ago.  Now they have their sweet son Zayd and a baby girl on the way.   Hello!!!  CUTEST FAMILY ALERT!  Roohi you have the perfect baby bump!

Zayd is an adorable, sweet and fast three year old boy.  He enjoyed exploring Ault park and likes to run.  Roohi and Jordan I admire your patience as parents.   Your genuine, kind and loving souls are so visible as you looked after Zayd during our family maternity photography session.

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby in the….well that will be my next session with this lovely couple!   I was honored when you two asked me to photograph your wedding years ago and now I’m just as excited to be a part and document your newest member of your family!  I can’t wait to meet Felicity in just a couple months.  Don’t  you just love that name???  I do…but I’m a huge fan of less common girl names that start with “F”……so I may be a little bias 😉

We started at their home they just moved into a few months ago in the St. Anne’s Hill district.  If you aren’t familiar with that area of Dayton…do yourself a favor and drive through and peek at some of the old historic GORGEOUS houses they have there.   They just don’t build them that way anymore and luckily people like Hilary and Paul are keeping them thriving! We started outside their home and then made our way down to the Oregon district.

201202This one is my favorite I think…..but it’s really hard for me to decide this time!203204205206207208209Doesn’t this picture below on the left look like we are in one of the beautiful metro parks?  Nope…that’s their back yard!  Whats fun is that Paul was not excited about me shooting back there as they have been doing a lot of work to the back yard…but also have more work ahead.   I assured him this spot was picture worthy and looked gorgeous to me!210211212213214
