This is not Megan’s first time on the blog…..many moons ago I photographed her senior session.  I LOVE having the opportunity to photograph clients again for major mile stones and Megan and Matt’s engagement session was no different.  These two are fun, up for anything and gorgeously adorable!  Matt was not super excited about spending a couple hours taking pictures (like most guys I know)…but he didn’t complain.  I think overall he had a great time.

We started the session with their pup Stitch

Introducing Nicole and Brent!  They are sweet, loving, compassionate, real and soon to be Mr and Mrs!   We had such a great time during their engagement session.  I’m so glad they made the drive to Dayton and we lucked out with a wonderful spring day.  You see…Nicole is my third cousin…or second cousin once removed….anyone out there actually know how that works???  (Guess I’ll add that to my “to be googled list.)  All I know is she is part of  The Conner Clan.  Let me explain…my mom and her mom are first cousins.  My mom is the oldest cousin on her father’s side….the Conner side…aka “The Conner Clan.”   According to my sources this family has been celebrating Christmas and the fourth of July together for over 60 years.  We have so many wonderful memories from this extended family and I’m proud to be a part of it.  Even though a lot of us (myself and Nicole) live out of town and can’t always make it back for the reunions…whenever we do it feels like home.  I’m honored that Nicole asked me to photograph her and Brent’s wedding this fall.   This was my first time meeting Brent and I can see why these two are so perfect for each other!   001This one makes me want to hug some one I love RIGHT NOW!!!!002Can you get over Nicole’s eyes??  SO beautiful!  These are completely natural folks…she does not wear contacts and I have not altered the color or saturation at all.   Stunning!003004005006007008009010011012013014015016017018019020It’s so hard to decide…but I think this one is my favorite!021
